Coaching Quiz

I came across this email sent to me by a friend of mine whom coaches in the south, his name is Matt Fortin. He wanted me to take this coaching quiz which was only 5 minutes long but had tons of information to it. So I said sure why not, I should get 5 out of 5 and we will have a good laugh about it after we get the answers back. Well…. was I ever surprised at the answers and the detail that went into this, Great Work!

The quiz comes out of the American Coaching Academy and the author of it is Ben Baker.

So Let’s get at it!

1. In practice, drills are most effective when;
a. They run for exactly 10 minutes and feedback is delivered immediately after the drill is completed.
