50th crying towelHey it’s my birthday and I will cry if I want to!!

Ya it’s the Coach’s Big 50th birthday today (that’s a Young 50 ok!)  and I want to celebrate it by introducing a new attention to the UltimateHockeySource and to the GetRealHockey.com sites.

What a great way to go into my second season of life then to bring in some healthy habits for myself and for the rest of you hockey fanatics out there.

I have searched and searched for the right combination of expertise, the right person to give us the truth about fitness and health, the right person to show us the way to the ‘Better Way’ of living and the better way to staying in shape, getting prepared for our hockey games and just being better for everything we do.

So…without any further verbal diarrhea from the Coach, please let me introduce you to, all the way from the sunshine of Atlanta,  welcome Health Coach Roxanne Kiely a certified Holistic Health Coach and a member of AADP (American Association of Drug-less Practitioners). All of Roxanne’s training was from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition one of the thee largest nutrition school in the world! She has been trained in more then over 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

Over the next little while Roxanne, um…, that’s NHLHealthCoach to all of us, will be giving us some great advise on healthy living. Check Roxanne’s web site out at www.nhlhealthcoach.com where she has Workshops set up. Like ‘Grit and Fit on Ice’, ‘Super Foods for Superstars’ and ‘Balancing on the Blade’. What great topics don’t you think? and there is even more, so make sure you check it out.

Now before we go any further with the NhlHealthCoach (Nutrition, Health, Longevity) and all the information we will be receiving we need to get something straight here ok.

What we need to do is pay attention, listen and commit to what Coach Roxanne says but most of all enjoy! So let’s get at it and tune in tomorrow for NhlHealthCoach new post.

Until next time.

See you after the game.

Coach Nye
